Enhance your wellbeing and fitness levels. Join this fortnightly, very friendly Nordic Walking group at Wandlebury led by Wellbeing Coach/Nordic walking instructor Oliver Gynn.

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried Nordic walking before – you will be given instructions. There are three levels of walk:

1pm – people with restricted mobility – no charge

2pm –  healthy lifestyle speed – no charge

3pm –  total beginners – £15 per hour (please book)

Poles can be borrowed free of charge if required.

Normal parking charges apply, £3 for non members, free to members.
