Snowdrops and Sundrops* now flowering and at their best at Wandlebury Country ParkThe park has wonderful carpets of snowdrops and winter aconites and all now emerging - an early sign of spring following the recent snow. Come along and enjoy nature's spectacle at the edge of Cambridge! They will be at their best during the last week of February - enjoy! * the word "sundrop" is one of the new names for local plants coined by a local pupil when visiting the park - all noted down by our Education Ranger. |
