| Come and visit our atmospheric timber framed 15th century Tadlow Granary in Wandlebury Ring - a perfect setting for art exhibitions, showcasing the work of local artists. |
|
This atmospheric and intriguing timber framed agricultural building dates from the 15th century. It was carefully dismantled in 1971 by staff of the Avoncroft Museum of Buildings at Bromsgrove. The roof had been partially collapsed for many years and the building was in a poor state of repair. It had been part of a group of farm buildings at Tadlow in south-west Cambridgeshire - although this was probably not its original site. |

It was re-erected during the 1980s inside the Ring at Wandlebury Country Park thanks, in part, to a grant from South Cambridgeshire District Council.
It now provides a perfect space for art exhibitions, showcasing the work of local artists.
