Events & Activities What's On/Events Mindfulness in Nature Walks Every Wednesday from 8 Jan for 6 weeks, 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm Wandlebury Country Park Gentle walks practising simple mindfulness techniques along the way, led by a qualified Clinical Psychologist and trained teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. £20 for the 6 sessions or £5 per session; the dates are 8 Jan, 15 Jan, 22 Jan, 29 Jan, 5 Feb, 12 Feb.
