Wild Mind - Teenage Mental Health Referral Programme Wed 4, 11 & 18 May, 4pm - 5.30pm We believe in the healing power of nature & we want to share our passion for the outdoors and help you slow down, tune in, and build confidence, so you can find your wild! Come & join us for a relaxed and friendly outdoor experience with qualified leaders in a safe and beautiful space. Try your hand at bushcraft, art, nature crafts and campfire cooking. Wild Minds aims to support young people who are seeking help for mild to moderate mental health difficulties. For instance, young people who are currently experiencing anxiety, low mood, problems with confidence or self-esteem. Young people will need to be able to manage being in a group and taking part in outdoor activities although the sessions are supported by youth workers. Wild Minds is a partnership between Cambridge Sport Lakes Trust and South Cambridgeshire District Council with input from Cambridge North Villages Primary Care Network. How to apply: You can be referred by your GP, early care team or school mental health support worker. You can also self-refer.
