Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation/payment your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation/payment you authorise our payment services provider to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.
When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that our Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. If you have specified that your donation is only for use for a particular appeal or item then we will use it for that purpose unless we receive insufficient or excess funding for that appeal/item, in which case we will use your money towards other similar appeals or items.

[email protected] or by phone at 01223 243830 within 14 days and a refund will be made to you. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion and refund requests received 30 days or more after the donation or payment date will be treated as a donation.
