Mindfulness-in-Nature Wellness Walk

Mindful meanders combine spring’s explosive surge of energy with the regenerative stillness of mindful meditation. So, if you feel you need an uplift in mood or a reduction in stress, why not join a small group of walkers who will meander through trees in blossom, giving themselves up to joyful birdsong, while creating the inner quiet space to attend to whatever needs attention and kindness. David, our resident mindful green coach, will offer simple mindfulness guidance at the beginning of the walk, and will hold a space at the end for gentle sharing of experiences over a refreshing drink from the coffee van.
