Have you got a favourite tree at Wandlebury Country Park or Coton Countryside Reserve?

Sponsoring a tree with a plaque is an ideal present for a special someone, a gift in memory of a loved one, or a present for friends and family to mark a marriage, significant birthday, anniversary or birth of a child.

Wendy Reynolds and her family celebrated with our lovely warden Hannah, as they installed their plaque under the Cedar of Lebanon.

Wendy’s parents met when they worked for the Gray family at Gog Magog House. Here is a wonderful photo of them from the 1930’s in front of the same tree.

Sponsor a tree at Coton or Wandlebury for a donation of £595, which goes towards onsite conservation and managing the woodlands. Not every tree is included in the scheme so please check with us.

There are some beautiful and unusual specimens such as European sweet chestnut, yews, copper beech, Holme oak, acacia, cut-leaf beech, and black walnut.

All donations go towards looking after the woodlands, meadows and fields in our care.
